Our technician, Tim, is always so professional efficient, courteous, and helpful. He always explains in detail what any issues are and how to go about solving them. He is very thorough when he comes out to do routine inspections. He and Metz keep both our heating system and our air conditioning and top operating condition. When it’s hot outside, we never worry about our air conditioning, keeping us cool. When winter comes, we never have a problem with the heater because they keep it serviced. This is by far the best HVAC company in California. They are honest and each Tech is hardworking. We love our tech Tim, who always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. I have never had anyone be late to an appointment, and we love the quarterly service for our office. They take care of EVERYTHING and we have zero stress.
