I called Metz to fix a leak in my mini split system (installed by another company) Nate found the leak and helped me get the required parts from the manufacturer, that were missing from the original install. Knowledgeable young fellow by the name of Nathan stopped by and provided some great recommendations. He put everything in priority order to help spread the cost of maintaining our A/C in order to keep it working throughout the hot summer months. Once he completed the service my home was freezing like a gigantic meat locker. I was shivering I was so cold. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy about the recommendations he made. I personally like the type of business that doesn't push their services on you. I'll be calling them back to get those other recommendations fixed once I get a few other things fixed around the house that have a higher priority. Thanks Nathan!
