Tim was GREAT! He represented Metz with the same professionalism, knowledge, experience, and excellent service as I have come to expect from Bryan and all of the other techs at Metz. Had maintenance check up done on the furnace, I upgraded to the recommended Respicare Filter to improve the performance of my new furnace, and also to scrub the air cleaner by adding this component. I'm really happy with the results, I'm really happy with the service, and they are always very responsive whenever there's any issue or call for service. Tim explain things to me in a simple and understandable manner that allow me to understand and make informed decisions about enhancing the system that I already have. Metz I appreciate the technicians who you assigned to me. They were on time and did their introduction. They started to dismantle the old air conditioner and started with the new one. Unfortunately they ran into parts not fitting to the unit. So they a good time installing the new one. The new air conditioner runs great. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire service visit. Jose took the time to run a series of tests, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly. Not only did he identify the issue, but he also fixed it efficiently, restoring comfort to my home. Metz recently performed my semi-annual HVAC system check and tune up, for Spring/Summer - AC. I can't say enough about the technician, Cris Dulay, who performed our system inspection. Cris arrived on-time was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything he was doing, as he went through our system. Cris also offered helpful suggestions on how to maintain our HVAC unit, between the semi-annual services. What Cris delivered was Five-Star Customer Service, which gave us peace of mind, as home owners.
