Our technician, Tim, is always so professional efficient, courteous, and helpful. He always explains in detail what any issues are and how to go about solving them. He is very thorough when he comes out to do routine inspections. He and Metz keep both our heating system and our air conditioning and top operating condition. When it’s hot outside, we never worry about our air conditioning, keeping us cool. When winter comes, we never have a problem with the heater because they keep it serviced.
